Designed with a narrow-width form factor and an ultra-slim profile of less than 2 inches deep, Planar DirectLight Slim Series cabinets enable versatile applications like curves and column wraps while its compact design is ideal for maximizing space in constrained environments.

Tight Curves

Narrow cabinet design enables faceted concave curved video walls with radiuses as tight as 3mm and 4mm to surround viewers with content. Curved video walls support applications such as simulation and training, research, broadcasting, virtual production, extended reality and hospitality.

Reliable Off-Board Power

The Planar® Remote Power Supply (RPS) takes heat, depth, noise, weight, service points and electrical outlets away from the video wall and into a rack room. Featuring n+1 redundant, hot swap power modules, the Planar RPS is available with 110V and 220V power and features a low power standby mode when not operating 24x7.

Easy Access

Front-side installation and service shrink the overall video wall footprint and servicing space needed behind the wall making it simpler to fit in more spaces than other LED video wall solutions.

High Bandwidth

With 5x the bandwidth of competitive solutions the displays reduce total cost of ownership with fewer cabinets and cables, and internal components like receivers and power supplies.

Low-Power Standby Mode

When not in use, enable the video wall to enter a low power mode with the optional Planar® Smart Power Switch. The slim, LAN-connected AC switch fits behind the video wall displays and lowers power draw from each column of cabinets.
