Collaborative Management

• The VRS4000 adopts a three-room design, with which the system resource status is open to users. These three rooms are recording, playback, and broadcasting rooms.

• Users can manage recording/viewing and conferencing on the same page thanks to collaborative management.

• The VRS4000 provides the rebroadcast scheduling function that can rebroadcast conferences at a scheduled time for users that did not attend original conferences.

• Multiple Meeting Conferencing Terminals can record main and secondary streams at the same time.

• During a broadcast, CP is supported, users can determine the CP style, and they can display the combined pictures in full screen.

• Conferences can be played back in multiple ways, such as by a web page browser, the Windows Media Player, and a Meeting Conferencing Terminal.
